An original color has been added to the classic shallow runner for sea bass!
The komomo SF-125 is a shallow runner that swims 5 to 50 cm below the surface. It's effective for targeting surface-oriented fish, but it's also great for exploring shallow waters at a good tempo. Sea bass migrating in shallow waters are generally very active. That's why you'll want to explore widely while running around at a good tempo.
In this type of fishing, it is important to have a conspicuous color that will catch the fish's attention. Colors that stand out in night fishing are fluorescent yellow and fluorescent green, also known as "chart". Chartreuse has the advantage of being highly visible, making it easier for anglers to follow the lure's trajectory.
The original color of the komomo SF-125 , which was created by the editorial department of Getsuri (Monthly Angler) at the request of Aima (Amus Design), features clear chartreuse on the sides and belly, and mud chartreuse on the back. The clear color allows light to pass through and blurs the silhouette, making it difficult for fish to see, even on moonlit nights or in crystal clear water. On the other hand, the mud color on the back increases visibility for humans. While it is a chartreuse, it is a practical color scheme that combines the advantages of both.
In addition, we have adopted a matte surface treatment that is said to be effective for the falling Ayu pattern.
