Delivery Date for Products

For released products with available stock, delivery is typically made within 2-7 business days from the date of application. However, delivery to remote islands may be delayed. For products that require more than 8 business days from order to delivery, this information is specified on the detailed product page, so please check in advance.

Delivery Non-Receipt due to Customer's Refusal or Long-term Absence

Goods that are automatically canceled due to customer refusal or prolonged absence, and subsequently returned, cannot be resent. Please be aware of this.
