Ordering Process

[1] Select the Item for Purchase

  • Choose the desired product to purchase from the product details page.
  • Select quantity, color, etc.
  • Click the "Add to Cart" button.

[2] Login or Register as a New Member

  • If you're an existing member and not logged in, use your email address and password to log in.
  • For new member registration, enter your email address, click the "Register" button, and complete the registration. Membership registration is free.

[3] Confirm Your Order

  • Confirm the selected items and the delivery address.

[4] Choose Payment Method

  • Select a payment method. Available payment methods are cash on delivery, credit card payment, and convenience store payment.
  • If you have a coupon code, enter it in the input field below the payment method.

Note: Changes to the payment method after ordering are not accepted.

Order History Confirmation

  • Click on "Login" in the upper right area, enter your login ID and password, and log in.
  • If logged in, click on "My Page" to view your order history.

If You Don't Receive the Order Completion Email

  • Check your spam or junk folder, as the email might have been filtered there.
  • If not found, contact us through the inquiry form, and we will resend the email.

Reservation Not Available

  • Please note that we do not offer reservations.

Payment Information

[Credit Card Payment]

  • Fee: Varies depending on the installment period.
  • Payment Methods: Installment available.
    • Single payment (no additional fees)
    • 2 installments (no additional fees)
    • Installments (3, 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 24) (Additional fees apply)
    • Revolving payments (Additional fees apply)

For credit card fees, contact your card issuer.

  • Accepted Credit Cards: VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Diners

  • Shipment Date is the Purchase Date, and payment processing occurs when the product is shipped.

  • For inquiries about withdrawal dates and reflecting in usage details, contact your card issuer.

[Cash on Delivery Payment]

  • Pay the delivery company in cash upon receiving the product.
  • COD fees apply.
  • For multiple orders on the same day, separate fees apply to each order.

[Convenience Store Payment]

  • Pay the product at a nearby convenience store.
  • Available for non-reserved items.
  • Select the convenience store during the order process.
  • After order placement, pay in cash at the selected convenience store.
  • Products will be shipped after payment confirmation.

Available at Ministop, FamilyMart, Lawson, Circle K Sunkus, Daily Yamazaki, Seico Mart, 7-Eleven.

Payment methods may vary by convenience store. Payment must be made in cash.

Failure to pay by the deadline may result in order cancellation.

Consumption Tax

  • We round down consumption tax amounts to the nearest yen (1 yen or more is rounded up).
