Shinichi Fukae's Special "Fukashin Select" First Edition

Shinichi Fukae , also known as Fukashin, purchased real lures from America.
"Fukashin Select" is a special project sold exclusively by Unst.

The first to be released is "The BOSS."

"The BOSS" is a fully handmade big bait made in the USA .
It is a lipless glide bait type lure made of epoxy resin material.

Each one is carefully finished.

American-style usage × Japanese field adaptation

In America, it is not just used to slowly slalom by reeling,
It is common to move the lure sharply from side to side using rod work and reeling .

Sharp swinging action by rod work and digital winding,
The flat sides create a strong water pressure ,
It strongly stimulates the bass's predatory switch.

Comment from Shinichi Fukae

This is a glide bait that is currently attracting a lot of attention in the United States, and footage of Brandon Palaniuk, winner of the 2024 Elite Championship, throwing it has become a hot topic.

It's not even sold in American stores, and occasionally small batches are made and sold on the brand's website, where they sell out immediately.

This time, I had an acquaintance tell Josh in Missouri, who makes this lure, that "I'd like to introduce your lure to Japanese users," and he said, "I couldn't refuse a request from Shin Fukae. I'll paint them in a one-off color that will likely catch fish in Japan," and he made just 10 of them specially for me. Incidentally, I also bought three for myself (laughs).

Originally it was an imitation lure of the gizzard shad (a flat bait similar to gizzard shad), but there are lots of flat baits in Japan like crucian carp, bluegill and tanago, so I think it will work.

It can be used as a search bait, and many pros use it for live shooting to catch fish. In any case, it's a lure that has been proven to catch fish at the tour level, so I think it's definitely worth having.
