I use it on a no-sinker rig for trout, twitching and pausing. It's a lure that has a strong image of a sight, but I think it will catch fish even if you just throw it casually in shallow water.

Because so many people around me are catching fish with them, I'm hesitant to try the dice rubber. This type of lure tends to be used about 10 years after its popularity, so I have a strong feeling that I'll be relying on it a lot in 10 years. That said, I'm already considering using it for catching bass that I suddenly come across during a tournament.

As a local of Ushiku Lake, I've recently noticed the potential of dice lures. The reason is that bass feeding habits have changed since the lotus fields disappeared in 2017 , and they now prefer shrimp-type baits rather than crayfish. I'd like to use a powerful spinning tackle with a trout hook equipped with a guard and twitch it along the edges of the reeds to mimic the movements of shrimp.
